trader joes again

We have Whole Foods too, wonderful selection of healthy things, but oh so pricey compared to Trader Joe's. Trader's changes selection frequently, always coming up with something new and yummy, while keeping the necessary stuff there. Example: shopped yesterday and bought low fat milk, 99 cents a quart, good price for here in CA. Sub-lingual vit B, 5.99 for thirty day suppy, organic gala apples, cheap. So you get the idea. But Whole Foods has way more selection and good quality of food. Also some of their prepared foods are just too handy, and perfect for my diet. Best wishes to you.
