Medical Clearance

Well, I got my medical clearance today. Now I just have to wait to see the surgeon on May 15th to get my date. Can't wait. Another hoop jumped through!

Great news!
Have you taken your before picture and all measurements yet?

When it seems that the weight isn't moving, those two things will help you realize that you are moving ahead.

Jani,
I know that taking measurements as a pre-op is not always pleasant. The tape measure hardly fit around my big hips.

If you take them each month on your surgery date it will be a very good experience. Honest!!!
