So, the story continues.

I now have box of chewy bites which I'm supposed to send back. I was waiting for the mailing label from BA in order to send it back. Not ever have had sent back a package by FEDEX, I put the return coce BA provided me on the box and put it  into a FEDEX box. I came back to me yesterday. So, I go to the FEDEX store to tell them to return to sender, but was informed I have to pay for it.
As soon as I got to work I called BA to tell them I hadn't received the label and that as soon as it came I would send the box back. They informed me I have to PAY  for the shipping, and they will credit my account. If it isn't there soon, they will then charge me for the product.

I'm so sick to death of this whole transaction. I don't care if I EVER even look at their website again.

I don't think I'll ever order from them. The only places I've
ordered online from were Netrition, Vitalady and Nashua
Nutrition ... all very good companies. BA is on my **** list too.
I got some samples from them, but quite frankly, I won't
order from them just because of your troubles.

I had called them a while back to ask for sample of a few of their products.  They sent me lapband supplements instead of the ones for gastric bypass.  I really have my doubts about that company...

Don't feel alone, Sister!  Last month I ordered some of their sublingual B-12 to try it. Yesterday I got an email notice that I had an order being processed and would be mailed soon. I called and found out I had somehow been placed on an auto refill program. I'm sure I did NOT do this because I was just trying this product. They canceled the order and I was told the auto refill thing was canceled, too.

This morning I get my bank account email and sure enough there's a pending charge on my bank card. I called again. Not only was the auto refill thing not canceled but I'm informed there will be a future charge for the shipping on the previous order since the shipping is waived for that refill program. The damned shipping is more than the bottle of B-12! I doubt this is over but I know I'll never order anything else from them!

Susan....your best bet may be to sell those chewy bites to the member here who offered to buy them!

No, I'm sending them back as I promised, but believe me, I'm keeping an eye on my account for the refund.  These folks have their nerve. Don't know how they stay in business, except that for some of us places like theirs is the only source for supplements.
