With all of these problems why would anyone want to buy from them????

Sorry, you've had so much trouble.  I love my BA vits but I order mine through Susan Maria and never have had a problem.  If she has a problem, I'd never know it.

Well, dingydarndangit, I sure wish they had acted right.

OMgosh, you have got to be kidding, but I know you are not.  This is ridiculous.  As a long experienced customer service person, I would have given them to you, on top of an apology.  I'm not buying from them either.

Susan...this is the craziest thing I ever heard....what a lousy way to run a company!

I won't be ordering them anymore either. I got mine without a hitch but this just plain ****** me off!!!

I'm starting to like the chewy bites more, and the cinnamon ones are okay too. Janet gets hers from Bariatriceating.com, so I'll be going with them from now on.

Susan, sorry you're having trouble with BA, I've visited their site, but never bought anything from them.  Glad now I didn't.  A couple of years ago I ordered from Eas AdvantEdge.  Their prices for the ready to drink shakes I use were soooo low compared to WalMart and the local grocery store.  All of a sudden, they nearly tripled.  Now I get them from the local grocery.  WalMart is cheaper, but they don't carry the flavor I like best.

I just got home from packing those little bugger off to BA. Sent them insured, delivery confirmation, priority mail. Cost me almost $13, but at least they're out of my hair. I'll be keeping an eye out for the credit to my account.

What a mess.
