Update on Cristin (coworker's daughter)
Ann, my coworker/friend called to let us know that Cristin will be transported to another hospital, put on life support to await a heart transplant. This is much better news than we had yesterday. Yesterday when they tried to bring Cristin out of her sedated state she became very agitated which put considerable stain on her heart. Her initial surgeon finally had a brighter attitude. All along he's been Dr. Doom and Gloom. Today he told the family that he is a gaurdedly optimistic since she has beaten all the odds thus far. For someone who was not supposed to live through by-pass surgery, then was had less than a 50% chance of making it through the first 24 hours, and is still here a week later, this is good news!
Thanks for all the prayers, good thoughts, positive vibes, etc. Ann says she and her family appreciate each and every one of them.

It's good to hear that she has made at least some improvement. I am happy for the family to have this hope, and for all those who love and care for her. Blessings to all...
