Sorry, I had Mickey Mouse Club flashbacks! (Roll Call)
Good morning Carla. Thanks for getting us started. Drive carefully. And we expect full reports as to how much fun you have on your trip.
I received my results from my bloodwork from my doc. Almost everything is fine. My liver enzymes are elevated (whatever that means) and he wants to check it out. I will have an ultrasound of my abdominal area next Thursday morning, on my way home from work.
I don't understand these non-thinking people from the hospital. I am not able to have anything to eat or drink after midnight on Wednesday. I told her that I sleep until 1PM, because of working overnight. So I asked what time I would need to stop eating or drinking. She said midnight. So, I have to stop eating and drinking after midnight whether I take the 7AM or the 2PM appointment. Someone is not thinking there. So, any way, I took the 7AM.
If everything comes back okay from that, he will do my bloodwork again, but he said I would have to go one month with no tylenol and no alcohol. I have not had either in 17 months now, why would I start?
Hope everyone has a great day. I know I will. Going to the Ballpark, and the temperature will be 85 degrees. I am so ready!!!
Also, please continue to keep my son and his family in your prayers. God knows why.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Thank you Margo, but seriously, I am not worried about it. Mary is, but I am not. I have put it in God's hands and out of my mind. As a matter of fact, last night at about 11PM Mary texted me asking how I was feeling. I didn't understand what made her ask that until I asked her and she told me she was worried about my results. Worry? Nope, not me.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
you'll be fine!! just stay off the alcohol and tylenol--hehe!!!!!

I've been awake since 4:00....old dog decided it was time. Guess that means it's time for me too. AGH!!! I have a very long day at work, so another 2 hours of snoozing would have been nice.
Poor Gary had a rough day yesterday. He and his partner had to go re-qualify for their firearm certification for work. They had some tactical maneuver training first where they partnered them up with instructors...his being the firearm instructor. After the training they broke for lunch, and while Gary was eating he heard a gun shot. Ran outside to see his instructor doubled over....he had shot himself in the hand. Yes, the man is a weapons instructor so you think something like this would never happen, but it does. Gary was the second person to get to the man. He wouldn't even describe to me what he saw and is very shaken by it. The hospital is just around the corner, so they loaded him up in a car and took him over there. When he got home the man had been taken to surgery, so we don't know the extent of the damage.
So, that's enough excitement for us for a LONG time.
Carla, drive safely and keep in touch. George, enjoy the ballgame(like I need to say that), and Margo, have a good day at work. Sounds like both of us are going to be tired today!
