Good morning,

Linda, I'm glad you finally ate something.  Keep up the great job, and I hope you are feeling much better.

Good morning, George.  You seem to love your omelets.  Mind sharing the recipe?

I've been eating healthy for 3 days; however, last night I had antipasto salad, a half of a sub roll (came with it) and 4 hot chicken kickers.  Not so bad, although I could have done a little better, but still not too bad.

My surgical consult is this month already - wow did that time fly.  May 26th at 1 p.m.  WOO HOO!

Have a great Friday!

Nothing fancy.  Two eggs run through the Bullet.  Pour into hot pan.  Let settle, add 2-3 oz of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, colby jack).  Fold it over.  Eat.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

George,

Yummy, sounds easy enough.  I've already made them with onion and ham and cheese.  Thanks for posting the recipe.

Linda,

I'm so glad you were able to enjoy real food for a change.

My husband took yesterday off work.  He planned to work in the garden, but it rained all day so he was underfoot all day instead.  I know that many people our age are looking forward to retirement, but it's not looking so good to me right now.

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: salmon, zucchini
S: cheese stick
D: chicken, brocamole
S: SF pudding

Congratulations on getting the regular food in! I am so happy for you. That is a big step on the positive side.

I hope that today is good for you. I am hoping that it is for me too. I am getting a bit better each day so that is a positive for me too.

Food is just a bit here and a bit there. Nothing much since the hunger isn't there. I will probably have a piece of toast. Then for lunch and dinner a frozen something or other. People are chatting about cheese sticks and that sounds pretty good right now. But then later on they might not sound as good. So I guess food is what it is today.

I am sending you love and hugs along with prayers for you and yours. I hope your day is good and that nothing but wonderful and happy things happen today. And please, don't forget to share that beautiful smile of yours with others.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
