INTRODUCTIONS: New to this forum.

I haven't had RNY yet, but now in my third month of required weight loss supervision.  My surgical appt is May 26th.  I'm hoping to be a big loser in the near future. 

Sounds like you're doing wonderful if you lost over 100 pounds.  Again, welcome.

Aloha again Maggie....I am SO GLAD to see you here! Whenever I come across someone over 50 in another forum, I always try and invite them to the OFF (over fifty forum). The other forums are good for some things, but this one is like a little family......we even squabble occasionally, but very seldom.

I have been coming here since before my surgery in 2006 and cannot tell you how much help and just plain old TLC I've received. I sometimes don't know how I could have gotten through some of life's challenges without the input of these great people.

because I work nights and can't attend the ones around here.
I couldn't manage without my OFF family.
