with Diverticulits.  YUCK!  Please pray for me!  This is not easy.  All of the surgeries I've had were easier than this.  Big (gentle) hug,

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I am so sorry that you are having to go through this. I am keeping you in my prayers for a speedy recovery. Just do what you are told to do (which if you are like me is sometimes VERY hard to do) and I know it won't be long and you will be back to your old self.

Keep us posted on how you are doing if you are able to. I am sending big old gentle hugs to you and lots of love goes with them too.

Oh Marie, so sorry you are sick.  I'm sure its very difficult given the part of your body that is affected.  I'm hugging you, gently, can you feel it?  My thoughts and prayers holding you close, and asking God for a speedy recovery.  Blessings to you...

Aloha Nannyre........My neighbor and friend had that and so I know how painful it can be. However, after treatment she is fine now and has been for years....so this doesn't have to mean any long term trouble.

If hugs help....here comes one!

Sorry about that ... I have diverticulosis, so I understand somewhat what you're going through. I had an editor who had
it, and it was quite painful. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
