Yeah, I know about the plasma routine. I once was off for a month because my protein levels were low.

Good morning all.  Not much new here.  This week is getting rough on me.  We are helping my son by babysitting while he learns his new job and his wife works.  Unfortunately, it looks like I will be babysitting Thursday because Mary is working.  So I will go from work to their house to watch the kids.  Then back to work.  For some reason there will be no time for sleep.  Will have to survive that day on power naps.  But it is all good.  It is helping the kiddos.  I keep reminding myself that.

Still raining and nasty outside, it's getting old now.  I have a weight loss center meeting today at 2 o'clock, month 3 now.  Hope the topic is interesting this month.

I had a banana for breakfast with black coffee.  Hoping today is a healthier eating day for me.  It's been a struggle lately, maybe I can blame it on the rain?  Nah, I need to work harder at it - lol

Good morning Margo and everyone.  I don't know if I told you Margo, I really like your new picture and I like your hair short.
Not much going on for me.  It is getting harder and harder to go to work every morning. Once I get there, i am okay. I just don't like getting up so early. I know I shouldn't complain since there are so many who need jobs, so sorry.
I haven't been doing a lot lately.  I did embroidery 18 shirts for this one home improvement place here.  Actually, 19 shirts, 1 was a booboo shirt.   I just don't want this to become a business, it is too stressful.  I had to go out and buy the extra shirt since the booboo was my fault.  I like to just do my own thing with my embroidery.  When people buy shirts and they want me to do a special project, it never fails (Murphy's Law) something wll happen to at least one shirt.
Well better get going.  They say no rain today, but it looks like it could just start pouring.  I need some SUN!!!!

Good Morning,

It's 5 o'clock and I don't think it margarita time. Wi**** was. Maybe it would take the edge off of my sore muscles! Another day in the yard moving rocks, dirt, and planting. It is really shaping up but with wind and rain we haven't accomplished as much as we'd like.

Today the contractor will be back to finish covering the side area that won't be planted with weed cover and pea gravel. He'll also install a doggie door and a retractable screen door. Maggie has always had a doggie door and she and I both miss it. Tho we live in an area with owls and coyotes and hawks. . . We have a fenced back yard and I can keep her in at night. Minimal worry in the daytime except hawks which can swoop down and grab a 5 lb dog in a few seconds. She doesn't spend much time outside unless we are out there too so hopefully she won't end up in Kansas.

Not much else. Too sore to do a lot of thinking. Not making wise food choices lately. Scale has been creaping up. Not doing what I should be doing, but what I want to do. That ALWAYS gets me in trouble. Giving myself a love smack and a tough love chat. Hope it does some good. I'll start the day making better choices. It was "easy" for me for over 2 years. I want "easy" back! WAAAAAAHHH! As Lucy VanPelt would say. I know; no one promised easy or fair but I still want it.

Heading for the pills following by the coffee pot. Or maybe this morning it will be a cup of coffee then pill chasers in a half hour.

You all have a good day. Make the most of it. Do something nice for someone "just because" and while you're at it do something nice for yourself.

Speaking of which. The neighbor who gave me the beautiful granite rocks deserves something. I think I'll pick up a nice container plant for her front porch. When someone would give my dad something and refuse pay he would say "til you're better paid" and. . . he would find something to give in return. Kind of like returning food containers with something in them which is what Mom would do.

I never like my pictures. I was just tired of the old one. I'll try to get a nice one next month on Maui.

I was gone for several days now have to spend the day doing housework!   How come that never goes away?      Have a good day everyone.

well i talked to my sister last night about mom...seems she (mom) tossed the pills out that the dr gave her and she refuses to call any dr to let them know what she is going through!! said she had enough drs!!!! my sister told her maybe she was having a reaction from the back treatments she just had...she had 5 of them (some type of shots in her back) and that might be the cause?? sooooo any how my sister is going to call all her (moms) drs and ask them and also let them know what is wrong with mom and will let me know tonight what she found out. i am at my wits end here and can't be there to do it myself!!! 4 more weeks before i can go see her....time isn't moving fast enough for me!!! it scares me to pieces that she isn't feeling good and she might pass before i can go see her. she will be 88 on june 6th.

got the carpets scrubbed yesterday and man am i sore!!! looks good in here if i do say so myself!!! :) didn't get hair colored but will do that soon as i am done here....got a call about my blood test again...now my vitamin D is still low so need to increase that. wondering if the tests come in one by one??? or aren't they reading it right??? makes me wonder...oh well i have vit D here...need to buy more optisource vitamins today as i am now out of those. so much money and not enough to go around....sighs....guess i will take the wheat pennies to the coin shop see what i can get for them. might be enough to get pills with....LOL

weather here is 56 right now and supposed to get to 68 chance of rain later tonight and tomorrow storms....yippeeee

went to the store last night and noticed the new girl in front apartment has not one cat but two!!!! plus the english bulldog pup!!!!! only allowed ONE fur pet per apartment!!! soooo another trip for me to the office to report her again....still waiting to hear on the first reward of turning her in....hey $25.00 in my pocket would help me alot right now!!!

well need to get going nothing new here....revlon is calling my name....have a great day!!! SMILE!!!! ;)
