Morning to you, Margo, and everyone here!
I didn't have to work for The Lady yesterday so it was a good day! Just got back from my walk and saw that she called. I am so not wanting to call her back. Who knows what today will bring with her.
I have a T-ball game this evening; will scoot out early for a support group meeting. I missed last month, and don't want to forgo this month.
Have to get some photographs in the mail to the publisher. We keep going around and around about the cover image. It gets discouraging.
Better make that call......ugh

WOW, I have been working so hard the morning has just flown by. Haven't listened to the news or weather for a couple of days so I was not prepared for what I work up to, real boomers and torrents of rain, right now it looks like 8:30 at night it is so dark.The silver lining is I don't have to water today, yippee, but I planted lots of seeds last night for a cutting garden , I hope they don't all get washed away. I let my inner Betty Crocker come out last night, made 3 batches of muffins. Orange blueberry, Orange pinapple and banana nut cho chip I brought a big basket to work, quess who is the hero of the day? I just tried one of the b/berry orange, I hadn't even tasted the muffins and it was a new recipe. I have been hooked on the whole wheat pastry flour since I discovered it., and I use apple sauce instead of oil. The density of the whole wheat is very filling.They sure aren't like 800 calorie fat filled store muffins, but very tasty.I also made corn chower, very filling. All is well in my neck of the woods. Liz found out today that she gets to start work on Monday, she is very excited. She will be doing child care at a large hospital in th employee day care, when there is an opening she will be able to Hunter in there too. Have a great day.

It is wet here. I hope it is raining in NY too. Our well needs the rain.
Now I remember why I don't have a dog. Jaspar goes in & out, in & out. He's a cute ****apoo who thinks grandma should hand feed him. I was given strict orders NOT to do that.
I am so far behind with supplements. At home I pour them out and take them on time. I don't seem to do that here. My internal clock is out of whack. Better get it reset.

Your new picture is fantastic. Love the new hairstyle.
I'm sitting in a hotel room in Washington DC waiting for time to go to dinner with my old boss and another co-worker. After two years of sending bosses here, I finally got a chance to get here myself. I'm taking minutes at a high level meeting tomorrow. Pretty exciting but scary at the same time.
Our new kitchen was started on Monday and is taking shape already. It's going to be beautiful. They were supposed to install the 13 foot island today. Once all the cabinets get installed, we can call the countertop company to come and draw the template. We're putting in solid surface countertops (like Corian but different brand). They were only $700 more than Formica so couldn't pass it up.
Brenda and I went to Dayton on Monday for our 3 year appointment. We hadn't seen this surgeon in 2 years and he said we looked great. We only got the bloodwork taken on Monday so it'll be a couple weeks before we get those results.
I just applied for a couple new jobs. I like the one I have but need to apply for promotions when the opportunity arises. My old boss taught me one thing, "Go For The Money."
Hope everyone is doing well. I've been so very busy that I haven't even had a chance to look at the boards in a month or so.
