..Yeah!!!!! only a 1 lb loss...but a loss to say the least..
Suzette, that is what I like about all of us too...we take things that happen to us and find the good out of it. I know if it had been me years ago I would have never been satisfied with 1 pound......and now I know that after one pound is another one coming on it's heels.
