9 month check-up

I saw my Surgeon today for my 9 month ck-up, and he said I had lost 82#'s.(228-146#'s) Whew!!! Now I move onto the 12 month check-up.. I told him it has been a real journey, and I plan on losing until I get to a normal BMI which with my height of 5'3" is 141#'s. Any other weight loss after that weight is a bonus...We'll see!!!. Thanks for all your support from the OFF. You all are a great support system.

Suzette! What wonderful news! You have done a terrific job. So glad that your surgeon was happy too. Has it already been 9 months? My, my......Congrats on your success.
