9 month check-up
Suzette....CONGRATULATIONS on your great wt. loss. That is so exciting, isn't it? I wil hit my 6 mth. May 19th. I had my gallbladder out May 4th and am doing fairly well but so darned tired still. I'm one of those that can't stay off the scales and have to sneak a peek every morning. It's more fun to lose stark "nekked". My appetite isn't very good so I've been getting in my nectar protein drinks plus trying to drink more water. The weather is starting to cooperate so I can get outside to walk again so I'm hoping this doggone tiredness goes away soon.
Again, Congrats OFF Sister.
Hugs,
Sandy

You are absolutely inspiring. I've been told the more "mature" individual, who has been overweight longer, is less likely to lose signficant amounts. Well, you shot that theory outta da water!!! You are awesome. It is only your commitment and dedication to your new lifestyle that has made you successful. Blessings on your continued journey. I'll be happy to celebrate with you when you reach goal.
Walking with you on this journey, Mary
