Hiya CV,I love zydeco music! I am sorry your son was ill. Sea bass rocks!
I understand about the job situation,we are blessed to have one,but that does not mean the load does not get heavy! It is heavier because the stress is worse,we worry more, and those in charge have a attitude now, that we had better be happy, tote that bale, lift that barge!
You have a great personal life! That is wonderful.
Hang in there sister!

Hang in there Sweet Linda.  With all the prayers being said for you, you're going to be fine.  Hope you had a great Mother's Day!  Mine was quiet, we had our crawfish boil Sat. which turned out really nice.  Loved having both grandsons together.  They play so well together, probably because they don't see each other too often.  My mom enjoyed seeing both her great grands!  Gabe painted clay flower pots for my mom and me (and his other grandma who he was visiting Sun.).  They are so cute - daisies and butterflies made with his thumbprint.  Daughter wrote Happy Mother's Day 2009 from Gabe on them.  Then she planted beautiful pink-purple lily looking plants in them.  Ethan and Danny gave us (including his sister) beautiful peace lillies.  Strange how we think alike.  I bought peach lillies for my mom, daughter, and former DIL.  Yesterday George and I hung around the house most of the day.  I did some cooking for the week.  GIII came to visit with a beautiful bouquet of coral colored roses.

I apologize for not knowing about the surgery, but will definitely not forget now and am glad you will let me know when it is going to happen.

I didn't stick to the plan completely yesterday, but am going to post today's food on the thread, call my sponsor, and commit it to her, and have done some writing on why I lost control.  I understand it with my head.  Why can't I quit the compulsive eating behavior????  I just go to the food instead of God, the program and my OH friends and I know that is what I need to do.

For today, I will do my best, with God's help to do what I need to do.

Your friendship is a joy to me!

Jeane
