What we are eating and what's eating us Tuesday!

Well, our dogs and the neighbor's dog were all quiet last night so I got to sleep. Which is a good thing, because I sure was cranky yesterday after not sleeping that night.
B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: BBQ beans & beef, Mexican style veggy salad
S: cheese stick
D: pork chops w/ fennel, mushroom & zucchini casserole
S: ?? I'm going to a meeting of my writer's group - everyone always brings wonderful goodies to eat - I will try to make a good or restrained choice (can't guarantee both!)

I got a little dehydrated yesterday and am only doing liquids for the next couple of days. I think I got too hot and was only sipping on a diet drink, so by the time we got home, my legs were wabbly and I was dizzy. So, today and tomorrow and maybe the next, I'm just doing water, juice, and broth.
I am about to head out the door for my walk and today, I jog and walk and jog and walk.
What's eating me, I would have to say the inability to be understood. That's what's eating me.


I'm remaining grateful and tearless today if it's the last thing I do in spite of being jacked around at work. Went home yesterday and took my frustrations out on the little trees growing up in the lawn from the apricot tree roots. I kicked their butts then ripped them out and hacked them into pieces. That felt good.
Food is pretty much the same today but seems that the all the yardwork is making the scale move again.

Hiya CV,you made me laugh! I take it you do not want another apricot tree! Your place sounds lovely,and I am glad to hear the scale is moving again for you.
I am also happy to hear the job is not taking you under,I know that is hard.

Breakfast: Protein drink
Snack: almonds
Lunch: Shepherds pie
Snack: south beach cereal bar
Dinner ?????? Dont know yet.
I'm not hungry and not thirsty. Only got about 36 oz of liquids today. I will have to try and guzzle some down tonight. Does anyone else get like this? It is a real effort to eat or drink some days. If I force food and water it comes right back up.

Should I call the Dr?
