hope you are having a good day
im off to work today, hope i can hold out a few more hours than monday.
im still so dreadfully tired all the time. im starting to think its partly mental
and not just physical.
anyway, had a good food day yesterday. today had coffee so far
prob cottage cheese for breakfast
lunch maybe a salad
dinner no clue yet, maybe a frozen dinner

yes i think i am, overall getting in enough protein. my big problem in
the morning has always been that im not very hungry. i drink lots of
coffee and try and eat a protein bar or some cottage cheese.
im working hard on re doing my food choices. i have let too many
carbs creep in and I need to stop that.
im hoping that being back at work even part time will help me.
hey did your surgery get scheduled yet? i am a veteran of knee
surgery so if you have any questions let me know
