I have found something that I think is FANTASTC !! It is powdered peanut butter, I too love PB but a couple of tablespoons is a heck of a lot of calories. 2 TBSP of the powdered is 50 calories. I doubt I have ever had more that a teaspoon of the powdered and am totally satisfied, I lick it, put it on stuff, dip bananas in it, have even dipped a marshmello in it, yummmmoooo. mix it in protein drinks.Sprinkle it on cottage cheese( yes I LOVE cottage cheese and PB).and I have no guilt. Please try it.
