Hi All
I have been in hiding this week, not much to report & most of time spending out looking for work. Yup. Still unemployed & not much happening in the calls market on
that front either, so has kept me in a funk for this week.'
I try to stay positive, but, it is running very thin at the moment.

Today is a pretty good day. I'm getting ready to take the dogs for a walk and then a Realtor is showing our house between 3 and 4. At least we're getting lookers now. I guess we're finally priced low enough.
This weekend I have a dog show in Flint so I'll be staying overnight at my son's house in Durand. It's nice to visit with him and his wife.

Today is a pretty good day. I'm getting ready to take the dogs for a walk and then a Realtor is showing our house between 3 and 4. At least we're getting lookers now. I guess we're finally priced low enough.

Good afternoon, George and my other OFF sibs. I hope that today is proving to be a wonderful one for you all. Mine so far is doing pretty good, I must say.
We went to our nephews and got Bill's car this morning. David finally found out what was wrong with it.....and trust me it has been a long week without it also. We had to replace the alternator and the starter......the celinoid on the starter blew and fried the alternator and the battery. Of course with Bill's car the celinoid can't just be replaced....it is attached to the starter. So this all left us $200 poorer. Oh well......at least it is alright now and Bill has it back.
Bill and I went to the store this morning and got some things. Not a lot but some of the things that we needed. I did pretty good but after the walking my tummy started hurting some.....but at least it is better and who can ask for more!
I actually wore my jeans today for the first time in what seems like a million years. I were the ones without a zipper since they hurt my rny scar. But they are big and that is with all the swelling so that made my day too. I pinned the drain that I have to the waist and tucked it inside the waistband so that is good. It felt good to get in them and I feel like I am on my way to being normal....and that seems like a long time too. So things are looking up!!!!! Hooray!
I better go. I am wishing everyone a wonderful night and I am sending love and hugs to all. Prayers are being said for everyone too. So....don't forget to smile....it spreads happiness and that might be the only happiness in someones life....and think you brought it to them with just a smile.
