Got my date
Congratulations on your surgery date. I had to wait less than that and I know how hard it is but the time will be here before you know it. I was considered a lightweight also with ONLY (?) 109 pounds to lose but in 6 months I'm only 19 pounds from that goal. I hope everything goes as well for you as it did for me. LIFE IS GOOD!! I am so happy for you Jani.

I know, who'd have thought we'd be called lightweights with 100 pounds of excess fat on our bodies? You're doing absolutely wonderful. Are you very strict with your workouts? I have to get more into that. I don't mind walking, but getting into the car to go to the gym is a pain, I do it, but not as often as I should. Do you still journal food and exercise?

Dr. G had mentioned I would be a perfect candidate but alas there were no cancelations or non compliances for him.
Focus on the goal. Just think you can get into a vitamin and exercise regime ahead of time. Get all tanned get your nails done and rock the surgery.

Jan, congratulations on the date! It might seem like a long time but really and truly it will go quickly....even though right now you don't think so. Just get ready for the fun things that is going to happen to you and know that patience is a virtue for which we all must strive. Just don't pray for patience then you get things in your life to help make you patient!! I learned that one the hard way. Just strive.........just strive!
