Holy Bat Poo! It can't be Monday again already!
Today I ate cottage cheese,fruit ****tail,the insides of a good pot pie with chicken,a yogurt,and a apple. I had a run in with some s/f dark chocolate,thank heaven there's no more!

You, my lady, are strange.

Today was bad choice Sunday.  Yay me! 

Not so bad really.

It took me all day, but I at a foot long Subway sub.  No dressing.  Cold cut with black olives and pickles.

Then I had some chicken casserole, mashed taters, and spinach&garlic for late supper.

Really, not much junk.  Just a handful or so of Goldfish.

So, I guess the choices were not all that bad.

Just to let you guys know. After a busy schedule,Bornagain is at her farm resting until tomorrow. She is still on the wagon,though having a brave battle with food compulsions.

That statement comes from Batman. I know I am strange,I am so sorry I can not be as normal as you...hehehe.
I saw a lady munch on a subway all day,she had wls before me.
The fact that it took all day can not be ignored for the good thing it was.

I'm back home and need to get back on track. The grands had about a million activities (felt like it) so meal times were grab and run.

That SF dark chocolate is a sneaky devilDevil 4. Super yummy too.

Do you have a surgery date for your knees yet?

Welcome home sis! I have to go to doctors on Thursday,and do not have a date yet,more labs....sigh.
I know you will settle back down to normal. I usually do not keep any kinda candy in the house,as it beckons me in the night,so house is cleansed of it once again.

After my down day on Saturday, I had a good Sunday - writing, reading, scrapbooking, cooking, playing with the dogs.  Today I have aerobics class, a chiropractor appt., errands, and PT, and plan to do more writing.  The weather is sunny (a bit cool), which always improves my mood.

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: ham & sweet potato cake, eggplant parmesan salad
S: cheese
D: chicken w/ almond-garlic sauce, orange-avocado vinaigrette
S: SF pudding

Good morning Beautilful Linda......

I am trying to pretend it isn't Monday.....UGH...I hate Mondays!!!

I went out for my three miles this morning...it was so warm and beautiful outside.

Lots to do for my job today. I best get to it.

B-Boost high protein shake
L-tuna, cottage cheese and peas
D-steak and sauted veggies

Snack...fruit and SF pudding
