Linda...I never dreamed I would be wallking like this and enjoying it so much!

I have been jogging at least two of my three miles....Friday I jogged all three!!! Somedays I can't jog if my pain is too bad but I still walk!!

Good morning to you, sweetie. I hope that your day just keeps getting better and better. Heck! I hope mine does too...along with everyone else.
That pretty much covers it all there in a nutshell.

Food for today is just food. Nothing much but the same old same old. I am just having not much of an appetite but that is alright with me. I have to work at the protein though....it is hard to get it in.

B: slim fast with milk
L: frozen entree of some sort.....I think there is only 1 up there now.
D: not sure...something fairly easy since I have a meeting at church
S: probably nothing

I have to make sure that I drink that slim fast....I have been putting it down and not drinking it. That is not good. It is full of protein so it is a must now.

I hope that your day is good and that it brings nothing but happiness to you. I am sending love and hugs to you along with prayers for you and yours. Smile that smile of yours and spread some sunshine around. If it doesn't bring sunshine to someone it will bring it to you for sure!

Hi sweet Brenda,I too have to focus on protein,I plan to start my day with some good cottage cheese and s/f fruit ****tail,as it is very warm here and cold food sounds yummy.

Glorious guano from me too.    I'm up, washed, dressed and have my meals for the day all planned out.  Managed to get groceries and do a little housework in spite of our little heat wave.  It is already a good Monday.  Piles of work though so can't stay long today.

It was a productive weekend without Steve.  He's been swamped at work and fighting off the flu.  I've finished all but a small section of the front yard weeding/pruning and still need to fertilize and spread some snail bait before the mulch.  The strawberries are starting to ripen and they love them as much as I do.  Think I have the gophers at bay for now.

B Kashi and SF yogurt
L I'm getting really good at making chili con carne.  Can't seem to get enough.
D steak/asparagus
snacks cherries and SF ice cream

CV, you win the high energy award today! I want some beans and am hoping I can get Olivia to go to Popeyes,they make the best red beans,cajun style. It will be a 100 or more here for months,and cooking is not in my future.
Sounds like you are doing great keeping Mother nature at bay!
Hmmmm a strawberry shake sounds yummy.
You guys give me great ideas!
