Woo Hoooo!! It's over with and I'm feeling really well. More details on my blog page.
Many thanks to all who sent supportive messages -- I will get to each of you personally, but in the meantime I want you to know all the good thoughts meant a great deal to me. Thanks again!

Natalie, I am so glad that things went well and you are now officially on the loser's bench with us.

Someone had told me to write down the WOW moments that I had and I never did. I do regret that now. So.....may suggest that you do that and I think that you would like it. Later on as time goes on you can look back and read about them and the dates that they happened. Just an idea........

Again....welcome to the loser's bench....isn't the seat comfy?

Now the adventure begins.......the slide DOWN the scale and all the good things that come along with that....including health, fitness and freedom in your body.

Please remember to measure yourself and take "before" pictures.......you will be glad you did.
