Day before Surgery
Hi everyone, it's the day before my surgery. I seem to be a mixed bag of emotions this morning. I'm excited, anxious and maybe a little nervous. That goodness I'm at work, keeping busy hopefully will help keep me focused. I started my 24 hour clear liquid diet this morning. Had green sugar free jello for breakfast - Yum. My soon to be old stomach doesn't seem to be very happy at this moment. I'll post again as soon as I can after I get home from the hospital.

Charlene, you wouldn't be normal or human if you didn't feel so many emotions. You are in for a life changing day tomorrow and some mighty exciting things are going to be happening to you. But ........they are all going to be so fun.......more than you can even begin to believe.

Ohhh Charlene, I'm wishing the best for you. I have faith that you will do GREAT!! It's the most wonderful thing that has happened to me. You will be amazed with yourself after you have your WOW moments. I only wish I could have done this sooner. I remember being the same basket of nerves, where you are today. The liquid diet the day before is for your own good. Stay busy, it will keep you sane today, hahaha. Wishing you the best and can't wait to hear your first WOW moment, it WILL happen for you too!

Yay!!! The date is finally here! I had the exact same feelings as you, a big ole bag of mixed emotions. Congratulations on being just hours away from the losers' bench! Am hoping that all goes well for you.

Today is March 30 and it is almost as exciting as my birthday I received my approval letter from my insurance company, I feel sooooooooo happy cause now I know it's just a matter of time until I receive my surgery date. Now I will be celebrating two birthdays the actually day is March 1 and now whenever I have my surgery which is actually celebrating the new me.
