Good morning Sunshine.

I have not done the Twitter thing yet.  It's bad enough I have Facebook and do nothing with it.  Most of my computer time is at work and it is blocked from here.  As is Twitter.

I just have the Facebook in case someone from my past wants to look for me.  It makes it easy.  It has worked a little.  Came across a friend from 1976 or so, and a girl who graduated high school with me in 1969.

Okay, eats.

Omelet
Chicken casserole X 2, spinach and garlic.
Lots of cheese.
Six quarts of Crystal Light.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Hiya  George,I am going to have to join Face Book as my brother whose name is also George is going to set up pics and such on there. My niece does concerts and such and he does management and promotions for Christian concerts. My dad's name was George also,I dreamed of him the other night, when I dream of family who have passed over,I consider these gifts of visits...yeah,I know, you said it,I am strange...LOL.
Food is looking good,I hope your evening is going well.
I have a lap top,so I am online all the time....tis nice,at least until I become part of the work force again.
Take care!

George,

I joined Facebook because a 30-something friend of mine encouraged me to do it, and then totally forgot about it until an old girlfriend of my brother's contacted me through FB.  She hadn't heard from him since 1968 and was thrilled to find me.  I gave her his address & phone number but she was never able to get through to him on the phone and then asked me about 19 times (OK, that might be an exaggeration) if there was any other way to contact him.  I finally had to tell her to take a hike.  My brother was probably seeing her name on his caller ID and thinking, "Oh, no, not her!"

Son of a gun, Geroge, I graduated in '69, too.  A 40th reunion is planned for this summer and old classmates have been coming out of the woodwork on Facebook.  I can't get over how OLD some of them look!  I know I haven't changed one bit since '69.

All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press
on to your destination.

Jacki,I am sorry to hear about your pouch, when it is messed up,our life goes to crap.
I pulled out my binder from WLS when I was going through the grumbles with my pouch. I found that my NUT said to use milk of magnesia, one part of that with 3 parts water, and it worked like a charm.
Of course I can not advise you,but do you know what your NUT recommended?
Hugs,please feel better soon.

i never had a NUT so cant consult with her about this.  however, im better
today.  my pouch is not unlike my old stomach, when it gets out of sorts
it just takes a few days till it feels its old self again

hugs, jacki
