In case no one has told you already, start journaling your journey, whether by posting to your profile various updates, or pictures. . . but at least take your measurements monthly and a side and front view picture on the anniversary of your surgery. It helps down the line when you hit a stall, because sometimes it's the pictures and measurements that tell us we are making progress and blogging is a good way to remember what we experienced along the way.
