I guess I better get dialing for Chris.  LOL.

I don't even watch the show.

Crappy day with choices.

Been snacking on M&Ms and pretzels.  Probably too many.

Cheese for snacks too.  At least that's healthy.

Chicken casserole and spinach for L&S

Of course, omelet for breakfast.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Hiya George,I missed you. I forgot that I did have some pretzel sticks, thanks for reminding me!  18 sticks after scrapping the salt off!
I have never voted on American Idol, but I feel they will both have great careers. I know Chris is getting the teeney boppers vote, and I really love Adams voice.
My brother and I usually cancel each others votes out, because he does not like Adams sexuality.
I say,I stay out of people's plates and bedrooms...hehe.
What's with the M and M's,you are not upset about anything I hope.
Hugs to ya dear brother!

First, pretzels without salt????  Could not handle that.  Salt without pretzels, maybe.  I eat pretzels because I love salt.

Second, no, I am not upset about anything.  Life is wonderful.  Just that my office keeps three jars of candy in various places on the floor.  Normally they have trail mix (cashews, peanuts, almonds, raisins, and M&Ms), M&M peanut (I don't like 'em), and Skittles (Don't like 'em).  This week instead of Skittles, they have regular M&Ms.  That is a candy my stomach tolerates. So I munch.  Gotta slow it down though.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

The pretzels with the salt knocked off are still flavorful, and I watch my salt intake. I mostly ate them to quiet my nausea, from pain meds,I am safe with them as they are not a trigger food for me.
I am happy to hear things are going well with you.
Smile...

Oh, the dreaded M&M's (and NOT Annette's M&M's either!).  Isn't it strange what our minds will do to justify eating something? I don't dump, sure wish I did, but in my warped mind, peanut M&M's in dard chocolate equals protein and antioxidants. Sick, but that's my mind set. So, I bought two little bags of them the other day with full intention of eating only 6 at a time. Yeah, right. Had them in a cute little candy dish on my desk. When I noticed half were gone, I took the dish to the kitchen sink and down they went!  When will I learn?

ALL snack food is a trigger food for me.

Susan,I do not allow that candy around me,they look so small and harmless. Good for you for tossing them!
Huggers!

A quick HI and BYE. Too much to do today, not enough time.

In my next life I plan to be a rich (non working) tall red head.

Annette,

a rich (non working) tall red head

Too funny!

My mom, who is short and was obese most of her life, used to say that inside her was a tall, thin blonde waiting to get out.

What I have inside is a short, fat blonde waiting to get out.
