Happy hump day to you, dear Linda. I hope that your hump is going well. I hope mine does too.

Food is a blank to me right now. I know that there will probably be oatmeal for breakfast and ? for lunch and some sort of protein for dinner along with steamed veggies. I am thinking it will be beef of some sort....I don't have red meat a lot but today it sounds good. So just bear with me and know that choices will be good.

Hiya Bren,I have no doubt your choices will be good. I have allowed some carbs in my life,but they are tiny and limited,and I actually feel better. This is not for everyone,I am still under weight as far as my doc is concerned,but I feel pretty good.

Good morning Lovely Linda!!

I am having a week from hell!!! I am so upset about everything happening with Kyleigh. I am eating all the wrong stuff...especially at night ...UGH!!!

I had gaioned 4 pounds over the winter and am now up another 3!!! I am back to liquids for a few days and then the 5 day pouch test to get my pouch back to the size it should be....I am sooooo depressed!!! Can you imagine how fat I would be if I wasn't walking 3 miles everyday....OMG!!!

Hey Boo,you have never said anything about eating extra foods,but you were below your goal,do you think it is a problem for real,an puzzled.

Linda....I always plan for a good day but it hasn't been ending up that way. I need to nip this in the bud before it escalates. I was 121 pounds and am now 128....UGH!!!
My doctors goal for me was 140....no way do I ever want to be there again!!

I guess I was in denial or something....just ate all wrong lately. Either I couldn't eat at all or I couldn't quit eating at night.

I will get it straightened out!!

Thanks for always loving me ...no matter what!!

Boo,I will pray for you.How you feel about your weight is the most relative thing there is. I give myself a 10 pound lee way,I can drop 10 or gain 10,depending on whether I have to take my steroids or not.
I have been able to handle a few carbs without it affecting me.
You take care babes,I know you know what to do!

My sweet Boobala,I can not stop thinking of you. I wanted to ask you if you checked your Boost to see if it has hidden sugar? I also wanted to ask if you think it would help you to post your menu in past tense....maybe it will,maybe it won't.

Hello Sweet Linda!!

Thank you for being so concerned about me. I did go check my Boost....there is only 4 grams of sugar. I can handle that....it doesn't seem to bother me at all.

I wish you were near ...I could use a Linda Hug!!!

Good Morning,

Today lets see,

B-  Chocolate protein w/ skim plus milk


L-   1/2 C cottage cheese &   1/4 C no sugar added apple sauce
                           if I can eat it all

S-  Laughing cow cheese wedge

D-  liver & onions / mashed potatoes / little salad or pickled beets

S- protein pudding

maybe a sugar free ice pop  some time in here.

I have been at a stall for 2 weeks.  Have to try and switch things up.
