Hi there Lovely Linda and OFF friends,

Breakfast/lunch:  Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pretzels, and a glass of milk.  Not the best, but definitely not the worst - lol

Not sure about the rest of the day, but can only hope that I don't overeat and make healthy choices.

Continued prayers for you, Connie.  I know what you are going through.  Things have to hit rock bottom before they start getting better.  Hopefully, things will continue to get better and better.  ((((Hugs to you))))

Wishing health and happiness to everyone.  Have a beautiful day!

Hi sweet Debbie, may your day be as wonderful as you wish for everyone else. My notes as short as today is a high pain day. I am not whiney, just stating the truth.
You are so very kind.

JoAnn,sorry to hear about the stall, which seems to happen to everyone now and again.
I hope your shake up works. I hear stalls are natural, but what do I know....smile.

Howdy everyone and best wishes.  I've had my meeting with the Board regarding the eight years of service I haven't gotten credit for.  They said they were taking it seriously, would do some investigating and get back to me.  I'm glad that part is over but boy did I get emotional in spite of my best intentions not too.  I've been blowing my nose like crazy,  I look like crap and I wish I had some Visine with me.  And I wolfed down about five little bitty tootsie rolls.  But aside from all that I'm just peachy.     CV Linda

B coffee/tootsie rolls
     yogurt/Kashi
L chili
D leftover steak and asparagus
S peanuts and SF ice cream

Linda,

So, are we posting yesterday's food, or today's food on this thread now?  Probably doesn't matter, huh.  I plan my day's food each morning and commit to it (the way I used to commit it to my OA sponsor every morning).

I am SO HUNGRY today, out of nowhere.  I'm trying not to freak out about it.  It could just be my body telling me it needs more fuel.

This is my food for today (not all of it according to plan, but oh well):

B: coffee protein shake
S1: iced skinny latte
S2: strawberries w/ light sour cream & Splenda brown sugar blend
S3: a fiber bar (unplanned - but I was starving)
L: chicken thigh
S: I think I've had enough snacks for today
D: curried tofu & veggies
S: ? maybe SF pudding

Jean,The Fangster got so darn fussy that I was not able to stick to my menu, which brought guilt I did not need. I too used to give my food to my OA sponser....smile.
Since this happened I started listing my food in a past tense. George has always done this.
You are such a good planner, but everyone should do what ever is best for them.
I love your menus. May I also say that I admire you very much?
Hugs!
