What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....

Aloha Linda.......I rarely post on here, but I always read and find it very interesting. You surely have been through the mill, and I hope that you find good health at the end of your rainbow.

Here's just a sample of what I eat....from yesterday:

B - Banana protein shake with whole banana
S- Double Dark Chocolate Zone bar with 1 cup of 2% milk
L- Chicken salad sandwich....about 75% of it, two pickles
S- Energy bar (like a bagel) from Safeway with Promise and honey
D - Baked pork chop, applesauce, and half of a sweet potato with Promise
S - Hand full of mixed nuts

That is a pretty normal day.......sometimes I add some papaya, a banana, an apple or a salad. This seems to keep me at my desired weight. If it didn't I would eliminate some of the carbs. I think I lucked out and have "innards" that expedite the journey of everything I eat....Ha!

Thanks for doing this Linda......you truly ARE an inspiration to so many.

Karen...such a honor to see you here. I always warn people about steroids,it was responsible for a lot of my weight.
Lot's of us have been through the mill. All I ever wanted was a simple life,but what is that?? Smile.
My menu is sorta ho hum,I am trying to gain a few pounds back,I never thought I would have that problem,but with the help of Annette and Susandoeshaie,I am doing it in a very healthy way.
I always peep in and see what you are up to,glad your hair turned out alright.
