Hiya one and all. My internal clock has gone haywire. I love the quietness and serenity of the night. During the numerous times I was a wife,I always got up before my mate,so I could have my quiet, most valued time alone...smile,
The menu planning is going fine once again.

B-Cottage Cheese
S- Apple
L- Stir fried Cabbage and Onion with Chopped Chicken Breast and 2 Tablespoons of Brown rice
S- Fresh Broccoli and low fat Ranch dressing
D- French Onion Soup with melted Mozzerella Cheese,Melba Toast, with a smear of cream cheese.
May today go fast, and may you jiggle when you wiggle!

Howdy,
Been up since 3:30 myself today.  I'm home  nursing the runs, maybe from too much greasy popcorn at the movies.  UP is a great movie by the way.  Made chili for lunches and cleaned the kitchen then watched Ellen.  I have almost finished my novel and will clean my room after than.  Trying to get back on track with my food this week.

B protein bar and coffee
s left over fried potatos- I know this isn't good
L Peanut butter & SF jelly sandwich
D steak and broccoli
s SF pudding with cherries

CV,you make me laugh!! Heck, you do more when you are not doing well, than I do when I am "chipper"!
I will have to watch this pic.have you seen the one with Brad Pitt?
Benjamin Button (the curious occurance or case of Benjamin Button)?
The advertising for it was crap, and misleading, however I have thought about that movie and it's many messages daily.
Olivia burned it for me,but we did see it in the movies first.
I hope we are not doing anything il-legal,if we are, then I was only kidding (looking around the forum for the FBI).
I have been up all night, and swollen from having to take steroids as my allergies are sucky.
Take care babes!

Linda,

Your menu sounds yummy. That reminds me to get a head of cabbage. I like it with peppers, onions, tomato sauce and tons of RED pepper.

I just asked Tom if I jiggle. He laughed and said I have nothing to jiggle anymore. But I can still wiggle. Flirty 2

B - blueberries, cottage cheese, Kashi
L - salad with FF Raspberry dressing, chicken
D ? I see steaks thawing, guess that's what we are eating tonight

Kisses
Annette
S - apple & peanut butter

Hey sis, well you must have a jiggle 'cause Tom's still watching it, hehehehe.
Between the kids being out of school and my tapering off the steroids,I have once again lost a day.
Maybe everyone was pretty quiet yesterday!!
I adore you Annette, sometimes I hear your voice when I am doing some "stinking thinking".
Hugs,baby sister!
