You, Jacki and Linda posted together.

Yesterday we went from an elegant dance recital to a redneck barbecue at Tom's oldest son's house. It is not a derogatory statement to call them rednecks, just a true fact of life. I love them all the same.

I got my rowing machine. It fits nicely in the craft room. My tummy is looking too saggy and needs more concentrated exercises. Since the last hernia surgery I have been overly cautious and it shows. The rowing is very relaxing too.

Morning everyone. 
Haven't posted for awhile.  been back and forth to moms so much.   Both mom and Ted are showing signs of dementia and its been worse the past couple weeks  and mom seems better if I am there for some reason,  and when mom does better it seems my step dad does too.  
 I have started doing some of the mowing for exercise.   Makes Arther in my hips protest!!   but our lawn is uneven and I do get a great workout  and the heating pad takes care of Arther.    We are having a quiet day here.   No kids right now and  we are enjoying each other
