what's new TUESDAY?
I'm up-- working this morning as they have increased my hours at the bank...so now I just have Thursdays off for a while...the $$$ will come in nicely.
Had eleven folks at support group last nite and lots of good discussion.
A couple new ladies, one of whom I know. Was hoping she would decide on WLS and she has and is in the process of getting approved.
I am beyond happy for her. We need to find a different place to meet. They put us in the "classroom" at the hospital and it was awful -
like being in a large closet!!
Looks like more rain here today....if it stormed in the nite I never heard it, as I slept like a log!
Good day with food yesterday - getting back to basics really works. One day at a time, Pat!

Yes, I do Annette.....have a 25 yr. old gal who had the gastric
sleeve four months ago and is literally "melting" away - 82 lbs
already. She faithfully comes to every meeting and is a real
inspiration to everyone. I am so happy everyone speaks up and
joins in the discussion....makes my job a lot easier. I always
come home inspired and uplifted.

OHHHWEEE I have a busy day at work today, and a late one to boot! So, I won't be sticking around too long, gotta get on the move.
I believe I have some tendonitis in my right elbow. Probably from pumping lotion and shower gells into bottles on Sunday. I'm sure the couple of hours a day playing a computer game isn't helping much, so I guess I need to restrict myself from that for awhile.
The weather here has been wonderful. Clear, low humidity (relatively speaking for AR) and in the upper 80's. I'm finally warm, but the rest of the people I know are griping about how hot it is. God, I love being thin....and I love being warm even more! LOLOL
Well, I have to get things moving around here so I'd better get it going. I hope everyone has a wonderful day filled with health and happiness.

Keeping warm is now my goal in life. Even humidity is no longer uncomfortable.
Can you figure out a different method to fill your bottles? Duh - as if you haven't thought of that.
Computer games are a good way to keep your mind off everything. I play Solitaire and it relaxes me. Just have that right position so the elbow is suported and so far - knock on wood - no problems.

The room we use for group has been frigid. Turning up the thermostat has not helped. Last night I called Security to help. He told us that the room temperature is controlled by an outside person, via computer. He made a phone call and hip hip hooray, we were comfortable.
I am loving the rowing machine except it makes my hands and knees ache. I thought it would bother my tummy or back which are both weak areas. Today I'm going to ask the man at the store to show me the correct method. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Not much new here. I did post some new pics on my profile of our new dog, the finished bedroom, Bloomsday Race and maybe something else, I don't remember...
Got our dog shaved on Sunday and she looks kinda funny, but is so much cooler. Pics are BS (before shaving)
We are taking Beth to Bellingham Sat for her camp counselor job. It will be a long long day. We are doing it in a day and it is at least a 6-7 hour drive one way...Oh, I am not looking forward to spending one of my precious days off in the car all day...I will look at it as a very long date with my husband.
We are expecting our annual visit/inspection from the state any day now....(at work, not home

edited to make my print SMALLER, I got to work and from my work comp the print was HUGE....sorry...it didn't look that big on my apple at home. My goodness!!!
