Linda,

The tummy was rumbly last night and again this morning. I may add a banana to the cottage cheese this morning. The blueberries are too efficient, in a good sort of way.

Linda,

Continuing with yesterday's theme, one of my 7 dogs has diarrhea.  Based on the sheer volume of it, I'd guess the culprit is one of the puppies (because they're the biggest), but which one?  I can't follow them all around all day to supervise their bowel movements - I mean, there's only one of me, and 4 of them.  The last time this happened, I knew which puppy it was because I caught him in the act (it turned out he had eaten part of a canvas dog leash, which did eventually pass through him rather than strangling his intestines).  We're going to have to rent a Rug Doctor pretty soon...

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: lamb w/ tomatoes, olives & lemon, sesame green beans
S: cheese
D: Brown sugar & mustard salmon, Asian cucumber salad
S: fresh papaya

Trying to get back to basics....
B - carb master yogurt/kashi
L - Lean Cuisine Turkey dinner
D - Lemon Thyme chicken breast, sm. salad

s - cheese slice, 4 ww crackers
     Maybe some cottage cheese jello

I love the newer Lean Cuisine meals -- it just makes more
sense to eat them, then I don't have to cook.....Kroger has
them on sale this week 5/$11.   I'm growing herbs this
summer and so will use some of the lemon thyme for some
chicken breasts.....it smells so good!

Those guys add to exercise for sure.
So,the berries put  you back in the bathroom game?? Did you and your dog both have the flu??
Be well,I'm hanging on by the skin of my teeth. Some things are falling in place though because of my willingness to keep walking and pushing myself through this life I was given.
Sorry I am late responding, heck, someone would think I am sick or something.

Linda,

Yeah, we're all moving now, so to speak.

I'm not sick, and none of the dogs seems sick.

Good morning to you, sweetie. I hope that your hump day is not good but great!

My visiting nurse is coming this morning. I hate that I have to have one but what is a person going to do? It is what it is and that is the best that I can do right now.

Food is strange for me now. Most times I just don't want to eat and then other times I get hungry and want something. It is just odd to me. I am doing the best that I can right now and that is all I can expect out of me. I have to accept that and sometimes that is hard since I expect much more out of me than others do and much more out myself than I would ever in my life expect from those around me. Acceptance, Brenda, just accept the things in your life right now and you and everyone else will be much better off. I will be able to get through things in my life right now, even those that I do not like. That is my new mantra....but I am going to need reminding of that I am sure!

B: egg with cheese
L: frozen entree....I think sesame chicken
D: I am not sure what I am fixing tonight...I just don't want to think about something that I just don't want to do...ha ha
S: I am sure nothing....who needs a snack when you don't want to eat?

Have a great day and remember to smile pretty for everyone. I am sending love and hugs to you and many prayers are going up for you and yours. Just remember to wrap those hugs and all the love around you on the days that are hard for you. I know that I do that for myself and that helps a lot.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Today I'm having carbmaster yogurt for breakfast and then I'm off...
To the bank to get money, then Borders, to return a book, Costco for gas, Sams to buy some croc's, they have them for $15.99, Thrifty florist for hanging planters, my girlfriend's house to return three books I had borrowed, then to the fruit market to get 10 pounds of chicken breasts.  I think I'll make chicken for dinner, but not sure of lunch.  have a good day all.
