What we are eating and what's eating us.Wednesday.
Howdy everyone and wonderful Wednesday,
I tripped up on my food plan again yesterday with pastry at work and late night garlic bread. I wasn't even hungry last night, just wanted to taste the garlic bread. What is wrong with this picture? It is almost like I've gone back to my food addiction ways, deliberate sabotage. That was always my MO. I did great on diets for awhile then lost motivation and gained it all back and more. I really don't want to do that but sometimes a moment of satisfaction wins.
I need to get back in control now. Today I am only eating legal food. I have enough to satisfy hunger with me. If I am tempted I will drink a glass of crystal lite and then see how I feel.

S protein bar
L chili
S protein chips
D chicken/vegie stir fry
S SF pudding/fruit
Made some more progress on the bedroom though.
