Bike Ride and Phone Calls

I took off on my bike and made it about three miles and my phone rings.  This is the problem with cell phones; you cannot really get away from anyone.  So, hubby says, what are you doing, I say, riding the bike, he says, riding the bull, and I say, wait, and I stop the bike, and roll into a shaded area and say, bike, I’m riding my bike.  He says, when you coming home, and I say in an hour and he says, I don’t have a clean shirt, and I say, do the laundry, and he says, I don’t have breakfast, and I say eat cereal, and he says, can you not ride tonight.  Then, I get back on my bike and began riding again and the phone rings again, and I answer and it’s m son.  What are you doing, me, riding the bike, son says, why, and I say to get a firm ass and he says, be careful and I say I know how to ride the bike, and he says, no, be careful of pervs.  I hang up.  Then, I ride some more and notice that the bike is hard to peddle and get off and the freaking tire is flat.  So, I pu**** home and am waiting for hubby to go get me a new tire.  Damn.  So, I start surfing the net looking for trouble and my phone rings, and it’s my daughter.  You’re riding your bike?  WTF.  I have no life.

What kind of bike do you ride?

It's nothing fancy.  I have one of those beach cruiser bikes with the big wheels and old fashioned breaks.  It has a big wire basket on the front.  There are no gears, which is good for me.  My goal is to build my legs up enough, so that in the fall, I can ride it to work.  If I keep at it and get good at it, I'm going to invest in a more modern bike.  Right now, I ride for muscle mass building and strengthening.  Do you ride?

I have a mountain bike that I ride around town on and have done some trails up on Magazine.  Do you know where that is?  I have two bikes.  The first one I bought after I had lost about fifty pounds and I rode it everywhere and the weight just peeled off me.  Then, I got a bike that is a little more expensive.  It will take the weight off and make your legs and back strong.  I see that you live in Fayetteville.  Sure is nice up there. You don't use a nutritionist down in Fort Smith do you?

In fact I do see a dietician down the hill.  This is a little strange.  How'd you know that?

We met.  I was the man in the lobby.  The tall guy. You said my eyes were sure blue.  Remember?  I didn't realize you were married.  No ring?  How'd your appoinment go?  Are you maintaining?  Why are you seeing a nutritionists for.  You look great.

The man in the lobby with blue eyes?  Oh yeah!  Hmmm.  You are tall too.

I am married but don't wearr a ring because before wls, it was too small and now it is way too big.  We are getting new rings for our anniversary or for Christmas.

My appointment was disappointing.  I am seeing a dietician because I am trying to get cleared for plastics and they want me to maintain my weight fot at least six months, maybe a year without dropping over five pounds.  So, she weighs me and fusses if I lose and praises me if I stay the same.  I thought by riding the bike, I'd build up my muscles and weigh more.  This is the first time that I have ever had to gain or not lose weight.  So, I'm trying to maintain so I can get plastics to get rid of some of this hanging skin.

Thanks, I don't feel like I look great.

I agree with the breaking the phone.  I am never more than a phone call away from all my friends and family.  So, I get called a lot.  Hubby is fixing bike.
