You might have complications?  You might get hit by a bus crossing the street. 

100% worth it.  I had mine at 56.

I had my sleeve done 10 days ago.  Four days after surgery I felt as though I never had it.  Sitll adjusting a little as to how much to each each meal, but other than that no problems at all.  I'll be 65 in two weeks.

VSG on 10/05/06

I had my VSG at 52.  No post op complications, problems, vomiting  - the only problem is I should have done it 20 years ago!
