Guess What????Its Friday June 12th
Aloha Carla......and here I am at the end of the posts because that is just where I live....it's 10:00 a.m. here.....and already dinner time on the east coast!! Well...almost.
Our gardeners are doing their thing today so I"m closed up tight and just appreciating what they do to keep our grounds so beautiful. I used to be a "farmer" in another life......and it is so wonderful to have someone else mow, and clip, and plant, and prune, and fertilize so that when I go down into the garden it is glorious without my having to lift a finger....oh, except to write the check for the maintenance fee!! Ha!
I was so glad to see Linda's post........and my reply was a little scientific, but it sure hit home for me, and maybe some of you as well. We do need to share what works for each of us, and sometimes it seems strange but maybe some ONE person will be helped...and that is enough for me.
It is a GLORIOUS MAUI day.........with my beloved surfer dudes and dudettes out front . I read of your rain and more rain, and all I can say is that I sure remember that from growing up in Oregon.......and now rain is what we pray for.
I think I will make a sandwich.....cucumber, egg salad, lettuce, and then take a NAP. See....I am still not well......naps are a necessity not a luxury.
Aloha nui loa,
Maui Karen
