What are we eating & What's eating us-Saturday

Hello all...and happy Saturday to you. This is the second time that I posted this thread. The first time I went to post it and I got the page that said that Internet Explorer couldn't find it. I am not at all sure the meaning of that one. But it is what it is.

Food went pretty good yesterday. It might not be all that it should be but it is better than it was...so I am happy with that.

B: banana and milk
L: whole grain Cheerios with milk
D: pizza topping - cheese, sausage, pepperoni and chicken
S: cheese

Dinner might not be what I would choose for it but it was Brittany's choice on dinner and she picked pizza. Sometimes we just have to go with the flow of things in our lives. I ate it and I lived to tell the story.

The thought for the day...It is what it is. No matter what we are going through at this moment...it will pass and we will get through it. It is what it is and we just have to deal with it. If we don't deal with it now we are going to have to deal with it later on down the road. It has been my experience that if we deal with it down the road it is much harder and messier to deal with than if we do it while we are going through it. This has become my motto while going through the mess with the plastic surgery. Would I rethink having the tummy tuck done...no. I have to admit that I thought that I wish that I had never had it done and I wouldn't have the mess that I do today...but then I look down at the floor and I can see my feet for the first time in my whole 55 years and that to me is priceless. This is what it is and I will get through it one way or another. And I know that I will get through it and come out on the winning side of it. How about you..........what are you having to come to terms with....what is what it is in your life at this moment? See it, accept it and be glad that you don't have to hide from it anymore.

Have a great day and remember that I am sending love and plenty of hugs to all of you....and prayers are being said for you all too. And please spread your happiness around like little flower seeds and let it all bloom.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Brenda ~ you said a whole bunch of good with those words. Thank you.

B - cottage cheese, blueberries, Kashi Go Lean

D - not sure if I will eat home or with the M&M's
S - already had a small serving of SF Chocolate pudding. That's not my usual and felt rather weird. It tasted just right.

I started off good today, but went to pot at lunch.  Didn't go to the rib shack afterall.  Ended up at Max & Erma's.  I had a half a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a cup of french onion soup.  Those two combined gave me 62.7 carbs!  I really didn't realize the onion soup was so bad (41.9 carbs)  My protiens are at 48 for the day, so I may eat a can of tuna later, that will at least bring my protiens up to 89.7
This food planning is hard

Jani!! What the h3ll did they put in your soup?? Surely it was not the original french style?? I commend you for being so cautious already.
I just had a 20 gm protein soy drink. So good to see you, and beware of doctors giving you new meds! I swear, the tremors have almost gone...)(**_$#@$ doctors!!!
