I just found out One-a-Day vitamins makes a powdered  vitamin for women.  It dilutes in all tha****er we need to be drinking, lol.  Great for post-op folks.  I was delighted not to have to chew up kids vitamins any more.  Hope this is helpful to some of you.  Blessings to all.

thx..i do my prenatals and my supplements but i was wondering.....

and the soy thing too- a no no for so many ....

soy is bad if you have thyroid problems. Soy is not bioavailable like whey.
