the reason men don't stick around is you gals are to paranoid. I'm harmless and just wanted to be friends with jeanie. If one of you guys would tell her that I'm sorry. I won't be back. If she takes me off block so I can read her post and see that she is doing better. I hope she gets better.

some of the gals are paranoid..others of us ...well..never mind.....as for jeannie- don't hold your breath....let it go.

start over with us...take it slow and just be real....we can be a great group....maybe you can even draw marc back out...george and floyd do their part to give us men's perspective but i think they would like positive reinforcements!

I'll try again. Truly didn't mean to offend any body here. As far as Jeanie goes, I wanted to be her friend. We both like the same things and live pretty close. Women in this age group cant have male friends. I'll let the board calm down and come back and try again another day.

Just want to add that I have no one blocked nor have I ever blocked anyone.
I do understand reasons for doing so and would if someone was stalking me...
Good thread, I never realized how a blocked person could be prevented from posting on one of the daily threads if the person who blocked them started the thread. I agree that if you have someone blocked you shouldn't start one of those threads....I learn something new everyday!

We never touch people so lightly we do not leave a trace.

I only participate when Margo or George start the threads or a few others because most of the people here have either had me on block or have me blocked. And, like Margo said, when a person blocks another person and they start a thread as important as the what we are eating or the daily thread, it prevents me and all the others who are on block from posting. Did you read Just Jane's post? I didn't know you could come to the forum without being signed in. I am still amazed at that one. LOL
