Saturday-what's new?
Looks like rain again here. Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day for a change. I'm drinking coffee with sf vanilla caramel coffee mate. I like to sweeten it up sometimes.
Today we're going to see my son and prego daughter-in-law. Everytime we go there we have to take them out for dinner. I've been doing pretty good lately, but today we're going to a rib joint. Anyone know somthing healthy I can eat there???
Yesterday I got in 121.9 protiens. How many fats and carbs should we be limited to in one day? My fats were 48.8 and carbs 34.9. I love using the fitday log.
I've been struggling with my blood sugar and this morning it was 190, which is good for me lately. I haven't seen under 200 in a while.
I just can't wait to be part of you losers! in a mere 57 days :)

I don't track carbs, but GHP in Grand Rapids recommend 30 gm. of fat or less.....
I would think you could eat a couple ribs, no extra sauce, and a salad.
Your blood sugars should come down drastically after your surgery.
Mine run in the high 90's regularly and I am off all diabetes meds.

Good morning, everyone. I hope that today is brighter for all of you than it is here in NW Indiana. It is dreary and cloudy. They said that we would get rain in the morning and afternoon and so far nothing...maybe it will go away. I would like for a lot of things to go away but such is life I guess.
Brittany is here today and tomorrow. Her Mom is coming to get her tomorrow night after she gets off work. Right now she is watching something on Disney and so all is quiet.
DGN and I are meeting Eileen for lunch this afternoon. She should be calling about an hour or so for us to leave and meet her. We are going to Lone Star since that is right off I94.
Today is half off day at Goodwill so DGN and I are going to the one in Valparaiso instead of the one across the street from me. I can get better clothes at the one in Valpo. I didn't tell Brittany because I am going to surprise her with it. She is most certainly her Great Aunts Niece...she loves resale shops, Goodwill stores and rummage sales. We were going to do rummage sales but I am having some problems with drainage and so I really don't want to get in and out of the car to much. She will be in 7th Heaven with Goodwill. She is pretty much a good kid but sometimes I could hang her up on a sky hook. But really I think that is any kid...and sometimes an adult too for that matter.
Better go...I am sending love and hugs to all along with prayers being said for everyone. Have a great day and don't forget to spread your happiness like flower seeds and they will grow where they are planted.
