What ever happened to Ben and Jeannie?

They've both disappeared after being the center of attention for quite a while.  I hope everything is ok.  Does anyone know why they aren't making appearances lately?

Can't tell you about Ben but yesterday Jeannie was busy with family and getting herself ready for school stuff.
