Julia, so good to wake up and see your face and read your post, how exciting for you to be going on a vacation to Toronto, hope you have a great time and having done a little traveling myself, though not lately and probably not for a while now that I have this new job of mine, which by the way I am liking, anyway, it is nice to be able to do the things that we were unable to enjoy prior to WLS.

George, I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers!  I know you have a deep faith and that will help you get through things, but it is still tough!

Diane it is great seeing you here, I am not on as much as I used to be, but I know you are not a big poster so it's great to see you, have a great trip!

Linda, you are sounding better and I am hoping you are recovering well!

As for me, well, I have about 2 minutes to sum it up before I got to get ready for work and I am doing ok, love getting up everyday and having a job to go to, got my first paycheck yesterday, after a bit of issues, as first check (no one told me) is a live check and it seems someone in the home office forgot to mail them out to us, which meant we were going to get our checks today instead of yesterday and me, not having gotten a paycheck in quite a while, well they were nice enough to do a wire transfer into my bank account and now I can pay all my bills ;)  I think I am having gallbladder issues and as of right now I don't have any medical insurance, it becomes effective on July 1, so I am just trying to hang in here and I'm dealing with the discomfort of it all.

Well, I've got to go, maybe I'll be able to peek in at work, you all have a great day!

Been missing you, but also missed the post that you found employment.  That is great.  Happy for you.  Nice to have a job to go to, isn't it?

My son has been at his new job for 4 weeks.  They decided what they are going to do with him.  They are training him for a new position, gave him a 25% increase in pay while training.  Then, when he is done training (30 days) he will receive another 33%.  God loves him.

I have only blocked one person on OH. At first they made a nice comment about my photo. Then the messages became graphically sexual. Not just slightly off color but demented. So I reported the person and blocked them. Problem solved.

Anette, I am afraid that the two men that I have on block will have to stay on block.  I'm with you, I am not here to feel uncomfortable.  And even though raw sexual comments were not really directed at me, they were creepy just the same.

well another nice day here in willoughby ohio!!! can't wait to go sit in the sun at pool side today!! supposed to get up to 80 so that will be nice sitting in sun.

haven't heard anything on the new job yet if i got it or not. hope they hurry and decide on who gets it!!

my big toe is killing me...i have that nail fungus i think and right now it feels like i dropped something heavy on it. the nail is lifted up from the nail bed and i have put peroxide on it to see if anything bubbles u*****t...nope not a thing. i can't get in to see the dr til july 22nd. hurts to even walk. :(

tomorrow it will be one year ago that i moved here to ohio to be with rick. time sure has gone by fast!! last night he mentioned to me it will be a year and that he loves me even more then before. i told him i felt his love and it sure feels good to be really loved and never put down...so many times in my marriage to gary he has been so nasty with his words to me. the best thing i have ever done was to leave gary and be with rick. well next to having WLS!!! ;) i am happier now with my life and how i feel being in love and being loved!!! what a difference real love makes!!!

george my prayers and thoughts are going out to you and your family at this time. so sad....

was nice seeing marc posting again...hope he comes back...miss him and his jokes...

brenda hope that you will be healed soon so you can shower when ever you want to!!! i know how you feel because when i had my finger broken and had surgey on the tendon i couldn't get it wet...hard to shower and wash hair for sure!!

oh!! LIGHTSWITCH.....thanks for giving me a new word to use....just popped out last night while joking around with rick....incase you want to know what the word is it starts with F and ends with tard...shame on me for using that!!!!

well off to get showered and then to the store for a few things we need then sit at the pool soaking some sun up in these aching bones of mine.
