You know what Jacki? I knew something was wrong in your camp!! I have been tracking you..and you have not seemed the same....we will not speak of food, dear one,we shall speak of snakes and snails, and puppy dog tails...
My daughter,is not happy with her weight all the time. I weigh 45 pounds less than her...
When she is on the upside of the food dragon we all ride, she speaks of the "golden ticket",from Willy Wonka. We have the golden ticket now,we will never be the same as we once were.
One morning you will rise, and that damn dragon will have been quieted once more...
...and Go New York...we are made extra strong!!

Cheryl!! It is so great to see you. I hope your daughter is well.
It is remarkable in the sense that both you and Jacki are what is considered light weight, yet your feelings are the same.
I tried once to explain this to an ex,you know, how 5 pounds can feel like 50 to us.
For me,I am still hanging on to just a few bits of larger clothing, just in case.
Do you think the fear will ever go away?

thanks dear linda

you DO always cheer me up.  im off to work soon and that will keep my
mind off food for sure.  usually i want to screech at someone there to
use their brain.  some of the women park their brain at the door, i would
swear to that

hugs, jacki

Jacki, why are some of our sisters like that??  They seem to have a personality for every occasion!! Is it their defense....I dunno.
I hope you have the best day ever,or you could think of evil things to do to them, like dunce caps,or dressing them like village idiots, and you could imagine the dumbest one in stocks in the middle of the village square.
If you do this,a quiet Mona Lisa smile will come to your face....and they will never know why....
Take care,babygirl.

Today I am going to do much better than yesterday:

B: boiled egg and toast with peanut butter

snack: peanut butter in a spoon.  very tasty. LOL

L:  Oysters from the can

Snack: strawberries and bannana salad

Dinner: I don't know yet.  I may eat another can of osyters or eat some tuna.

Snack: peanut butter on a spoon.

This is good for me.  I am going to try and do the protein shake in water but yuck.  I'll try.

The Unjury potein powder is by far the best I've ever had. I actually liked it the first time I had it and look forward to drinking it.  Mix it with room temp coffee and add a little milk and lots of ice.... delicious with vanilla or chocolate.  Have to order it online. You can order sample packs.  unjury.com.  20 gms of protein per serving.  You can get all the nutritional info on the website also.  Try it, you'll like it.

Peanut butter on a spoon always works!! I had trouble with the protein drinks. My doctor had this formula where you take 2 percent milk a cup, half a cup dry milk, strawberries (or what ever),put in the blender with ice and whatever sweetner you use.
It tastes good, and I lived on different flavored versions of this in the early months and still enjoy it,it gives you about 16 gms of protein, which is not so bad...
I hope you get to feeling better!
