Sometimes, the scales will slow down but the inches are still dropping.  I think our bodies work in two different ways:  pounds first, inches, more pounds, and inches.

CONGRATS!!!!!! YAY! I personally lost too fast but I do remember those frustrating stalls as time went by.

Congrats! It took me three years to get to goal ... I think it's better to go a little slower anyway.

I know those stalls all to well and they are still part of my life. I guess they always will be and that is alright...well, let's say that I am working on making that alright.

I am playing with a couple of pounds...again. It seems like that never ends for me. I would like to lose more weight but my body might be telling me no I am not. I have no darn idea since I haven't been this size since I was born.
Just keep doing what is in front of you do and the results will follow. You are doing a great job....just keep it up.

Congrats on your successes thusfar, don't let the scale rule your successful journey, you've done marvelous and I am the Queen of Stalls and have not reached goal yet, for some of us, those considered lightweights, the process is slower, just keep doing the right thing and you will achieve what you set out to do!

Hugs, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen
