Hello dear George,I am happy to see you ate 2 slices of quesadillo,I thought one rather small.
Your food looks great,I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday, and hopefully, she will not get on me for being underweight. I never thought those words would come out of my mouth..LOL.
I am out of oranges. I doubled my vitamins, and I think that is why I feel hunger,I am going to have to re-think that, but I got scared.
I was also amazed to see some folks conclude that I was not taking them. I know it was from concern, and that touched me most.
You and your family continue to be in my prayers through this hard time.
Enjoy your time at the park.

We cut the quesodilla in six pie-shaped pieces.  One of them is enough for a meal.  It seriously is.  Mary fills it with cheese, spinach and chicken.  And it is more than enough (actually, it is just right).

Taco Bell - mostly I eat beans from there.  And it has been a while since I have been there.  Their quesodillas are okay, but Mary really loads ours up with lots of protein.

I lived in New Mexico for 14 years before moving to Phoenix. Taco Bell is not big there. I know when I go to visit my brother,I will also have some New Mexico Mexican food,it is totally different from the food here, and I miss it....smile.
I am going to try to score on some green hatch chili, roasted, not cut,or diced,it is so healthy and yummy,I can stuff it with cheese, and yes! I shall have a sopapilla, they do not have those here..smile.
I used to cook Mexican food, including tortillas,I don't dare do that now!

Linda,

Send some of those triple digits this way. It is in the low 50's here and not expected to get much warmer.

I don't feel like thinking about food just yet. Maybe later when I am more awake. It won't vary much from the same old stuff.

My kids are constantly bugging me to get to the source of my food dragons. That get so old after a while. Some of it comes from 20 years of hearing their father tell me I was fat, stupid and ugly. He used to weigh me each day, then decide if I could eat more than lettuce and Fresca each day. There was so much more but they haven't a clue. I could write a book of the torture.

That is in the past and it is long past time to get over it. Old wounds still fester though. The horrors of the abuse still linger.

Annette, still letting him torture and abuse you, are ya?

Break the cycle somehow.  You are no longer fat or ugly. (I've met you)... now I can't completely testify to the stupid part, we only spent a few days together....but you seemed to fit in with the rest of us...oh wait... if I didn't notice it.. maybe... oh surely not...

janet- you and annette are two of the smartest cookies in the jar!!!!!!!!!!!

you are right that annette needs to take away his power over her- it isn't that easy always tho.....one day at a time....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
