Hi All,
Since my husdband and I will be driving our car to Vancouver we will be staying in hotels along the way in Oregon and Washington, probably near I-5. I'm not sure of dates or times and during parts of the trip we may have family members car pooling with us, but if it works out I would LOVE to be able to call you and see if we can meet for coffee or lunch. Please PM me your phone numbers and where you are located and if the occasion arises maybe we could have a little "meeting" time. I've met Candy and Janet and Debi R. and they can tell you that I'm "safe" :). On the way home it will be my husband and I alone and we are definitely planning to have lunch in the space needle in Seattle and I'd like to visit the original Starbucks. We won't have unlimited time on the way home, but we have to stop to eat and sleep once in a while. When you PM me your phone and location I'll PM my cell phone back. This should be fun!

Hi Julia,

I am too far east for you I believe...but if I was closer I'd love to have coffee or lunch...darn! I'm over the pass from Seattle and we just made the trip last Saturday to drop our daughter off in Bellingham. Hope you get to meet up with some Washington peeps.
Have fun!

Cheryl

But we don't hear from Debi R much anymore.....

Julia, the Seattle waterfront and Pike Place Market are so much fun on a beautiful summer day in Seattle. I'll be hoping for sunshine for you. The Space Needle is pricey but a neat experience. I believe if you promise to spend a certain amount (not hard to do!) the trip up and down is included. The original Starbucks is right outside of the Pike Place Market across a cobblestone street. Your GPS will find anything for you. I love mine. I especially love that it knows where I am when I don't! Sounds like a full day planned for Sunday. Remember, if you end up anywhere near Chehalis, WA to give me a call Sunday night or Monday morning.
