Jeannie, I see that you are giving your best shot and what more can you ask from yourself? You are concentrating on the proteins and that is the most important thing for you. Just keep doing what is in front of you to do....I am working on doing the same thing. It is so hard getting food in now....I hope that it gets better cause it can't get much worse. It sounds like we are in kind of the same boat. We are going to have to work on it together...how does that sound? Wishing you well for today and your food intake.

Brenda, I agree.  I think when it comes to food issues, you and I are in the same boat.  Let's keep each other motivated on cleaning our protein plates. LOL.  Have you tried canned osyters?  They are high in protein and are easy on the pouch.

Oh dear! I hate oysters with a passion! I love most all seafood but not them! I could do canned shrimp. I should get some of that maybe...but then again I love to take canned tuna and mix in onion and fresh tomato. I think that is dee lish! I love to make that in the summer.

Bren,I love almost all seafood,I have never been able to bring myself to eat an oyster...
Do you have that pie recipe you mentioned making the other day,the one with ground beef in it?
It sounds like something the whole family can enjoy...
Hugs!

Good morning lightswitch, your menu looks great. I hope you do not have pain today. Cats are always so very helpful!
I am so happy I can eat veggies, and I have just started eating fruit on a daily basis. When I was reducing,I dodged fruit because I knew they were mostly high carb, although good carbs,
My NUT did not allow for juices, she said to eat the fruit instead,I think because they would fill me up.
Have a wonderful day.
