Annette,what is wrong with pasta? Does it hurt your tummy? Are you not on maintainance??Do you know it has protein?? I plan to have some pasta today,the regatoni veggie one. I know I will not have a huge plate,but I will enjoy it.

Living in a food vacume is still giving it power,so listen to your body,the "cheating", is in your head. I am sorry you go through this,and I do not think this will pull you into an abyss of fried food,and the gaining of a 100 pounds.
I hope it settles well and you enjoy it. Some people can not handle it,and they should not do it,or they are still on the weight loss part of their new lives.
I love when the devine Miss M feeds you Cherrios.
Just do not eat the pasta,and sit down and watch your belly grow,

I could not eat any pasta for the first few years,it layed like cement in my tummy.

The same old is our fondation, change can be a treat,and a little variety rocks.Do you know that's how normal people eat?? Normal is not a 4 letter word...smile.

It always felt like I ate a battleship so haven't eaten it. This time it settled well which was a surprise. Rice seems to grumble so it isn't tempting. Maybe a taste but no more than that or I'm a puffer fish.

wellllll the weekend is here and I am not happy at all.

despite my best efforts these last two weeks the scale is moving
in the wrong direction.  frankly im scared and of even more concern
is that im started to feel panicky .  that is never a good place for me
to be.


so maybe i need to be more accountable to myself here in a public
forum.  so here goes

coffee with milk/creamer x 2 mugs

im doing a protein drink for breakfast today at work

lunch will be a salad with chopped egg, turkey, blue cheese.

dinner is planned to be steak and a little bit of potato ( i usually cut
the end of hubbys potato)

snack a protein bar or some fruit, depends on how much steak i manage to
get in.  i only eat it for its red meat value, not my fave at all

so whining i go off to work now, have a good day everyone

Jacki,honesty brought me to OFF and my doing this forum. Nancy was having a hard time doing this,even when she did it the 2nd time,she said the time difference and her power outages made it crazy.
So the idea I took it over is an urban myth.
Annette is the one that caused me to stay,when a particular person who never posts her weight,food or weight loss started a hassle.
I started because I had gained 10 pounds due to steroids.
The honesty and the people here were and still are the answer to my sucess.
Write it down,the good,the bad,the ugly. Many of fat people are conditioned to live is shame,bring that dragon out in the light babygirl. We are here,and we do not do criticism.

Maybe today the unjury will get here.
B: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of diced peaches
S: cheese stick
L: I want potato soup, but I will have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and some more fruit
S: Peanut butter
D: I'm going to try the minute steak if it comes back up, then I'll wait a while and eat some yogurt.
S:  cheese stick 
I'll add this  up later and if I don't get enough protein, I will eat a boiled egg or something. 
I hate food decisions.

Good morning lightswtich,you may hate those decisions,but you are doing quite well. I do not know if you do pork,but I used to through some diced ham and some cheddar,makes that potato soup chock full of protein.

I wish that I could eat pork, but it is too greasy or something because I either throw it up or feels so queasy that I have to go to bed.  For a while, I ate those lunch meat turkey things and I'm glad you reminded me.  I can pick some of those up and eat those as pure meat protein.  I can get the turkey ham and stuff like that.  Yeah.  I forgot and I think I was able to eat those pretty well.  I'll get some on my way home from the office.

Hi Jeannie

Usually takes 4-5 days for the Unjury to arrive.  One important thing to remember, don't try mixing it with very hot or very cold liquids. Just have to shake or stir it, you don't need a blender. It mixes best at room temp and then add ice.  I love the chocolate with coffee and milk, like an iced latte. Why can't you have potato soup?  Like Linda says, put ham or bacon in it so it has some protein and enjoy. Besides with all that biking you do you need more carbs than someone who doesn't exercise.

Miss Barb,we need those good carbs whether we exercise or not,they benefit us imensely,so do not short change your self,remember this is from the woman who is a professional arse sitter.
